- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Services

5. Cancellation by Go Tours LLC
In rare circumstances, Go Tours LLC may be required to cancel your booking. This could be due to reasons beyond our control, such as:

- Pandemics/Epidemics
- Political Unrest
- Unforeseen operational difficulties
Our Responsibility
If we must cancel your trip, you will be offered the following options:
- A full refund of all payments made, or
- A credit towards a future trip with Go Tours LLC (valid for 12 months).
Please note that Go Tours LLC is not responsible for additional costs you may incur, such as visas, vaccinations, or travel insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any potential costs related to trip cancellations.
6. Travel Insurance
Go Tours LLC strongly encourages all travelers to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Trip cancellations
- Medical emergencies
- Lost luggage
- Travel delays
While Go Tours LLC is not responsible for refunding non-refundable services such as airline tickets or accommodations in case of unexpected cancellations, your travel insurance policy may cover these costs.
7. No Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled trip or service without prior notice (i.e., “no-show”), you will not be entitled to any refund. In such cases, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
8. Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes, unexpected events occur. In the case of:
- Medical Emergencies: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, we will review your case and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit towards a future trip, depending on the circumstances. Supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s note, may be required.
- Death or Serious Illness of a Family Member: Similar to medical emergencies, we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
